Welcome to the club! Saunders Club is a brand for the cold dip crew in Cape Town. What started as a small collection of items for our friends, has quickly evolved into a brand for anyone who loves sunsets and cold dipping at Saunders.

If you're here, it's because you love Saunders too! We design and create products with our community in mind, often doing polls and asking you what you'd want to see next. This is because we want to make quality products that people actually want to wear.

Because this is a brand for locals and those visiting Cape Town, making things locally matters to us. We do our best to source our products from local Cape Town suppliers and manufacturers.

Where are your products manufactured?

As a Cape Town-based brand it is our highest priority to work with and support local manufacturers. All but two of our products are sourced, designed, and manufactured locally in Cape Town. The two items that are sourced abroad are still embroidered and finished locally.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

Our Service Level Agreement with our courier partners is 1-2 business days for express shipping and 3-4 business days for regular shipping. These times are a general guideline and unforeseen events may delay delivery. You will receive regular shipping status updates from us, and you can track your order using the Track My Order page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. This price is not set by us, and we have no control over this price. The price is set by the shipping courier. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is the return policy?

Because we're a small brand that ships out of our house, our general rule is that we are currently not providing refunds.

We of course want every purchase experience to go as smoothly as possible, and are willing to work with customers on a case-by-case basis to make sure all orders are fulfilled smoothly.
